The only thing I can think of, you must be talking about the vplm E911 patent, you know, the one that alleges to be a lifesaver but has yet, to my knowledge, to have saved a single life, and as I read it from the patent language, it sounded to me like little more than a call back system, but our old friend, "Inya" (R. Inza) said otherwise (lying, imo). I also posted, long ago right here, details about how nearly infallible mobile 911 was already in place long ago in Philly and was reported to be very effective and accurate.
