It wont get noticed until they're current with financials.
Wall Street analysts can do DD without formal financial reports. They traditionally give out earnings estimates, prior to earnings reports. So, if there is a billion dollar company selling shares at .03 to .06, they would be loading their portfolios and brokerage inventories prior to an earnings report. It is how they make their money.
In actuality, if GIFA Inc. was a billion dollar conglomerate, those very same analysts would have driven the GIFX share price to a relevant value. The street does not let a billion dollar conglomerate go unnoticed, especially at .03 to .06. That is a fact. They have resources and information that OTC traders can not even begin to compare with.
If GIFX was even close to a billion dollar conglomerate, it would be trading at a minimum of $1, while awaiting public confirmation, via formal financial reports.
