IMHO, the purpose of stock offerings in the first place, contrary to traders' beliefs, is not to make buyers of the stock rich. It is to raise the monies needed to build a business. Selling stock is a healthy part of building a business if done correctly. Having stock available in reserve to fund new endeavors and support sudden unexpected expenses is much better than taking on outside loans. Just because the AS is there doesn't mean they are going to max it out right away. It doesn't mean they won't, but I guess we'll have to wait to find out.
