When it drops under $1.00 Pinocchio will start throwing everything into the fire to stay listed. Lots more scamming, lying, and cheating will take place. Lots more innocent investors will get fleeced. Lots more SEC violations. Eventually the scam will be too big and like Bernie Madoff before him, Pinocchio will go to prison.
