Hmmm... I believe they only have 12 months to acquire 80% control, that 12 months is up... like now. This is just from my memory, I haven't double checked any documents, but I make a note a year ago they needed 80% by end of OCT 2019. They DON'T need to get there in the open market though. Shares can be held in trust and large position holders could get private offers.
