I think they do not have control... maybe one reason everything is being drawn out until the Nth degree. 267,111 shares shaken in less than 4 minutes. approx. 5K+ that very well maybe turned into approx. 1.2 million shortly...even 66k+ if we only got a paltry 25 cents. A professional manipulation.
