Just fine with me! Spin offs of successful companies have a tendency to do better than average over time. Especially because folks investing in FUNN tend to invest in the other, and all the new investors that will come in to FUNN over time will see there is a spin off at a fraction of the cost and are more likely to invest in a penny stock (I'm talk about once FUNN gets to big board especially) whose parent has a successful track record.
Yeah, normally the spin-off dividends become a CUSIP number and yes, you can't trade the shares for a certain amount of time (a year sounds about right), but hey, it's free shares of an OTCQB company. ;-)
Divvy shares can only be issued as restricted and they will be eligible for a legend removal after 1 year on a rule 144 exemption if the shareholders pay the approx $600 Fees to do so. Additionally, the company has to have a ticker and an MM filing a 15c2-11 and trading the shares.
