Who’s cash flow positive? DCGD is a shell company with no assets. If he owns a valuable asset that is cash flow positive he’s not going to gift it to DCGD. There’s no free lunch. Things of value need to be paid for. DCGD has no cash, no shares with which to pay for asset acquisition
