I dont think so.I assume P's get paid well with interest, but not more than 100% their claim.JMO ,it should be some where in the confirmation order.
But logically speaking,preferred shares get their part of the assets where as commons get the rest.It depends on how much will be the residual assets after preferreds.
MW owned just commons, dont you think he wants to get a Lion's share for his common shares wherever possible?.
