Normally, I would agree with you regarding statements such as “in the near future” and “soon” in the OTC but CUBV is not the typical OTC shell play (per all the reasons I’ve previously stated). “Soon” is typically used as a dangling carrot to support dilution but there is no dilution here.
OTC Markets shows the SS was updated again on Friday last week. The SS remains unchanged and still shows 40.3% of the OS as restricted.
It’s good to see you agree Margaret will come through. Again, we just disagree on the timing.
