I liked Daniel Boone,Kung Fu,The Waltons and Little House on the Prairie.All glimpses of "simple" lives that seemed fulfilling and challenging.I liked Mutual Omaha's Wild Kingdom and The Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau as I loved nature.

Elites and Royalty didn't have toilet paper or air conditioned vehicles with endless music,news or audio learning available has they covered 100's of miles in comfort.We live in amazing times.

BUT we seem unable to live well.Are we too hardwired to adapt healthy lifestyles.Are we monkeys in 3 piece suites unable to change and thrive?
