Honest answer. I see it happening in 2019.

What some fail to realize is that those 3 8ks, well they're coming. Very very soon. Any day now. Like NOW. Once they come, the price is sky rocketing and quick. Especially with a tight floatlock. Wouldn't surprise me if we push close to 1.50 by EOY.

The debt refi and 2 acquisitions are going to be HUGE.
