That is a very bizarre twist. Adelstein awarded a judgment worth several 100s of thousands + interest. He agreed to a repayment schedule (He did not have to do so) The judgment was against all of IFUS and Walther, jointly and severally) IFUS? Walther/IFUS defaulted on the payment agreement. Back to court. Adelstein awarded all of IFUS's assets + those attachable of Walther. Total of IFUS assets, including any intellectual and trade secrets ... just $14,000.00.
