It says they will keep offering as needed upto 150M . So price will be set for each offering . It says it is a public offering and not a private placement that you are implying

Kkhors LP selling for a measly 150 million partnership is just pure stupidity. If you add a few zero's to that price maybe, just maybe she would pull the trigger.imo
