That "Wang" manipulation scam started in 2013. Thinking they could have made an honest bundle investing legally during that bull market period... 2013-2019.
Doubt it would have worked in a bear market, although they did some shorting too.
Most of their target stocks were NASDAQ with only a few NYSE. Price didn't seem to be a factor as some stocks were high priced, $90 in one case, as I recall.
