I'm man. But you perpetuate a false reality to mislead people. I'm not sure if you truly believe in gap filling or you are just talking about it to scare, but that's not how stocks work.
Stocks move on trader sentiment and emotion. Buy more or sell more, trading technicals are nothing if a group of people dont want to believe in them.
Technicals were simply created out of years of behavioral responses to realized gains. If you know anything about risk/reward paradigms in operant conditioning studies, it's a rather simple concept. There is always a tipping point in reward and how much pain a person will put themselves through before responding. That is how these fundamental are created.... plus the uncertainty of news dropping. So no, a gap doesnt need to fill.
