I’m thinking Keith Nalepka or an outsider with tremendous leadership experience will be the new CEO.

I’m also thinking that a new board of directors will be created, and Kelly will be the chairman of the Board as well as other individuals with experience that will have influence to take the company to a new level.

That’s my gut feeling on how the new Biel management will be.

I don’t think Kelly will be the CEO.
