No criminal charges yet:

And I'm not convinced there will be any. The DOJ sometimes lends a hand in civil cases. But this is good to see. ANDI was just outrageous. And It should put a stop to White's activities in Pennyland. He's been making trouble for a long time.

I nagged the regulators about it too. Sometimes they do listen.

"I sent my research in and it paid off"

That and your most excellent reports are why we love and admire you.

When your time frees up. perhaps lend a hand to (sam)**271,384 +Iam on the JUSTIN(E) COSTELLO and DCGD et al. pennyscam/money laundering/shell games/bunco scamology, so we can put that serial miscreant and the related pennyscams away in the bin.

As always, "ya do good work!"

If ya bindle, bundle, and parcel-wrap your evidence and rite a cogent cover letter, the Feds often find it hard to turn down a case what is pre-packaged and dropped into their lap. If you offer to cooperate further, occasionally (very occasionally) they will take you up on the offer.

All thse institutions/agencies are just people. And everybuddy loves a pre-packaged deal with the heavy lifting already done.

Don't waste their time with a non-specific "WXYZ is a bad scam" complaint. Collect all the evidence, compile it into a readable, logical, and easily comprehended form, tie it up with a cover letter with citations to the evidence supporting the specific allegations and, if possible, a table of attachments for the supporting evidence.

Yeah, it's a ton of work - which is why nodummy deserves a shit-ton of kudos and admiration for the excellent work he does.

THAT is the way one getts results.

Feds hungry to meet their anual performance goals (and stretch goals) always love a prepackaged case. Don't just ask them to investigate WXYZ, provide them with the details, evidence, and a cover letter explaining why this would be an easy win for them.

nodummy, what about those who benefited from the ANDI scam other than Starkweather and White? You posted reams of discoveries early on. The very short list >> Corbin hardy being issued 200,000,000 free trading shares but for what reason??? Add to that fact >> Hardy, Starkweather, and Daryl Green being business associates at Dynamic Ventures before they were "players" in the scam? Will the SEC investigate whether Hardy used his sudden wealth to benefit the business he was in with Starkweather and Green? I mean, he could have sold those shares at $.02 or $.03 in early 2018. That's a lot of loot.

Finally began reading the ANDI complaints. The one against White is very interesting indeed. And what about the description of this, beginning on page 9?

White Meets the Promoter and the Matched Buyer in Person, and They Discuss Making Larger Matched Trades.

There follow quotes from their conversation. Lengthy quotes. So was one of the two--the Promoter or the Matched Buyer--wired for sound? Or maybe both? Perhaps that's how the FBI lent a hand. The SEC doesn't do that kind of stuff.

One thing we know for sure now is how Dustin Secor got rid of his stock.

I think you're right: at some point we'll be hearing more about all this.
