No argument - the robot SHOULD be worth a lot this close to submission. But you are not listening to me... management keeps causing the downturns. They were ALREADY this close in 2015 and failed. Now they find themselves in the same scenario. No one wants to keep their money tied up in this and watch the value of their holdings diminish with each raise and milestone change. Why is it so hard to comprehend? Outside of Titan, no one knows what the real issue with the device is.
