No... no it doesn't. That is complete stupid myth made up to get people to sell. If no one sells, gaps doesn't have to get filled. No reason for it to fill. Just seems like someone is betting on shorting this thing.
The company revived this ticker and plans to do something with it. We are waiting for the updates. People would be silly to sell this.
