If 20 years R/T or 5000 hours, then by the simple math and knowing over 2000 hours successful completion, likely 5000 hours by end of 2019 or shortly thereafter

Back in August and September you were calculating that 5000 hours should have been completed by ECOC or 3rd week in September. Now your calculations have the 5000 hours being completed by the end of 2019 or shortly thereafter. Why the change? You seemed very confident of your math back in August and September.
