The website listed on otcmarkets for NACG is - https://nacglobaltechnologies.com/ - This website went down in July, and then came back up completely different in September. This entire website is now Microgaming content. Microgaming is a top 3 online gambling software company in the world. One article I found states in 2017 they did over 1 billion a year.

Interesting enough, their parent company, Apricot Investments - which is a UK company (as is Microgaming) , just incorporated in Nevada in September 2019 as well.


From my perspective it looks like the 2016 merger has fallen through with BE Industries, and something new is coming here. The breadcrumbs lead me to Microgaming or something closely related.
