The website listed on otcmarkets for NACG is - https://nacglobaltechnologies.com/ - This website went down in July, and then came back up completely different in September. This entire website is now Microgaming content. Microgaming is a top 3 online gambling software company in the world. One article I found states in 2017 they did over 1 billion a year.

Interesting enough, their parent company, Apricot Investments - which is a UK company (as is Microgaming) , just incorporated in Nevada in September 2019 as well.


From my perspective it looks like the 2016 merger has fallen through with BE Industries, and something new is coming here. The breadcrumbs lead me to Microgaming or something closely related.

This Stock is one of those stocks that is rare to find. For example I bought another Reverse Merger Stock back in 2006 and waited patiently and was rewared very handsomely. I bought the stock at around .40 cents and sold the stock at $3.20 about two months after I bought the stock. Made around 14K on the trade. Looking at this stock it has more potential than this stock I'm referencing to because of the Share Structure. If the Note Holders on the Convertible Debt are satisfied with the consolidation of the Companies to Merge and NAC Global completes the Merger this Company could easily be valued at a minimum of $3 Per Share. 30 Mil in Revenues with a share of structure of 35 Mil and solid Net Income once Merger is finalized it could trade as high as $10 Per Share when you look at the P/E Ratio. For me personally this will most likely be the best trade I've ever had in my career trading stocks. I have more funds coming into my Account tonight at Midnight and tomorrow morning will purchase a lot more of this stock. The CEO clearly stated that all current Shareholders will get to keep their shares. Every Trade there is a risk but the Risk versus Reward on this stock is very low. I never recommend anyone buy a stock but for this Stock I would highly recommend purchasing some shares and holding on to them. Just put them away and forget about them. I think it can support 30cent pps in short-mid term, which is 10m cap at current share structure, and trading at basement bargain of 3c now

Bellelli recently won about a 3 million dollar contract and the seem to be growing worldwide

I also think the big honey pot is NACG harmonic gears. Applications for HG drives are endless, medical, energy, aerospace, semiconductor, robots

There is one big player in the gear space out of Japan and doing 200-300 million revenue either Q or annual, don't remember right now

Seems HG business was starting to get off the ground before global economic slowdown put a damper on accelerating business. With the merger and foot into door of oil & gas industry, that could be the trigger to ramp up HG drive business, then I could see 1-2 dollars on the horizon

Like everything else in OTC land, risk is high but reward is outstanding with this little gem

I am prone to optimism with this kind of play, and comfortable to sit on it awhile if the stars look like they are lining up. For those that buy this Stock and hold long term and just forget about the shares will be greatly rewarded. I only buy into Companies that have very Low Floats and a strong Business Model. I wait patiently for the Huge Gains. I can almost with certainty see this Stock trading North of $2 in the very near term. I'm looking at by the end of the 2nd Quarter when the Reverse Merger is finalized and executed. What I really like is the CEO Specifically told all existing Sharheholders we get to keep our existing shares. I have quiet a few shares and I'm waiting on more funds to hit my Account to purchase more shares. This is one of those once in a lifetime stocks that can really change a persons life Financially.
