Have the products that is being referred to been even produced? No?

Have they been shipped (as in past tense) where the wholesale buy actually has product in hand? No? No evidence, correct?

And, since none of those things have actually occurred - it sure as hell won't show up in FY18 or FY19 audited financials, correct?
