I empathize with your, and everyone’s, frustrations. I get frustrated also. But my empathy for the management comes from logical and intensely developed investigations of my own. I feel NWBO felt very comfortable in what they were seeing in 2014-15 and got whacked in the face with something that they were wholly unprepared for. That is valid criticism. And may be valid criticism that Ms. Powers didn’t raise a large amount of cash when the PPS was flying high. But she fought back against Feuerstein with gusto and whether he had anything to do with it or not, that time frame saw the near destruction of the company.

We’re here. We’re here because the science is solid enough and the management is solid enough to have righted the ship. It doesn’t matter now to me that we almost perished. We didn’t. I look at the evidence that’s there that points to success in a manner many times greater than the evidence for failure. I find it quite apparent actually. So I’m not sweating the past and I’m not going to rail against business decisions that will get us to the finish line at this point

Glad to see you empathize with this management team, it's a good quality.

If you think it’s a good quality, then I recommend practicing it once in awhile, instead of constantly practicing the exact opposite.

This is not how working for shareholder’s interest works. Dilution can be undine on success. Forced, unwise and desperately done deals can’t be undone.

I would not want you as the CEO of any company i would invest in.
