I don't see this stock as a "long-term play" however it has had "decent moves" the past 5-10 years. The stock hasn't made me a millionaire by any means however it has given me decent returns for sitting around and simply holding it for extended periods of time.

Penny/sub-penny stocks aren't to be taken lightly and one should ONLY invest/trade in these stocks if there is money which can potentially be lost.

I personally don't advise anyone to invest in these stocks.
