Thank you Alvie, I saw that too. That is a complete error. The date needs to be the date of filing.

The financial statements are an absolute disaster. And, I'm not talking about the financial condition or position of the company. I can tell you already, there are numerous material misstatements and omitted disclosures. That is after only a 5-10 minute review.

But, not to worry. I might send the new CEO/CFO a copy of the letter I send to the SEC. That way they won't be surprised when they get some correspondence from Corp Fin.
