I think management is waiting for the FDA guidelines regarding CBD.

Well stated, the share price has certainly been a disappointment. However, I'm not a fan of company's that talk just to keep their share price up; although a monthly update would be nice. If the company can roll out their new products in Q4 as advertised, the share price will take care of itself.
