It has to be a "cannabis only" bottling plant. I'm thinking there aren't too many of those around.
They can also use space available at an LP growing operation, like, Phiveda at WeedMD. All they need is to find an LP that has a bit of extra space which is probably not too hard with the talk of over supply of weed everywhere.
Maybe Fluent could just acquire or take on Hill Street as a partner too.
