Also, Altria owns 10% of AB InBev which is the 50/50 partner with Tilray in the JV "Fluent" thru Labatt Breweries in Canada. I'm sure that Tilray is well aware of Lexaria and would do well to take them on as a partner as well.

Here's a quote from the original deal Lexy made with Cannfections:

"Under the terms of the Agreement, Lexaria can offer other licensee partners the option of utilizing Cannfection’s formulation and manufacturing expertise to produce cannabis infused, DehydraTECH™-powered chocolates and gummies where approved. This Agreement is expected to lead to new product entries for Canadian cannabis edibles, and exportation to the increasing number of other international markets where permitted around the world. The term of the agreement is seven years".

It seems that with a seven year contract, this means yes, Lexy will be getting royalties from Canffections partnership with Tilray's High Park Subsidiary. I'm guessing Tilray would have to license Lexy directly as per the first part of the quote above. We'll find out more soon enough.
