Yep, those were the good 'ol days.

Inflation over those years also hit the price of paper kites...which were only pennies during the days of ARPANET....and the ever-so-memorable clanging of mechanical disk heads accessing spinning magnetic 8 inch floppy disks.

My, have times have changed. To the dawn of air-taxis from the soon to be seen apps such as UBER AIR to avoid traffic congestion on short hauls using multi-prop multi-seat electric air taxis.

I think it'll become an invaluable method of transportation in congested cities across the US....and of course, in countries such as in India...for those who can afford it.

But unlike this dreadful invest-donation where fortunes have been lost, the clanging of those 8" disk drives will always be a fond memory.

Wow, a semester of college for 100 cups of coffee.

Even at starbucks prices that is a heck of a deal.

At my sons college it is more like 10,000 cups of coffee a semester

fortunately a merit scholarship cuts it to 5,000 cups a semester.
