Sorry but I live in a real world
Your world is long gone
Get over it ;).

The deficit dismissers have a point. Long-term structural declines in interest rates mean that policymakers should reconsider the traditional fiscal approach that has often wrong-headedly limited worthwhile investments in such areas as education, health care, and infrastructure. Yet many remain fixated on cutting spending, especially on entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicaid. That is a mistake. Politicians and policymakers should focus on urgent social problems, not deficits.

But they shouldn’t ignore fiscal constraints entirely...

You live in North Carolina that's not the real world that's the gerrymandered world. Maybe you have no clue what her plans are and you seem proud of it but Trumps Tax plan will be history under Warren and others plus more. That's the biggest driver of the increase in the deficit. She also wants to increase contributions to SS to well over 250K which will give us a surplus with the current way they put SS into the budget. But I'm sure that went way the F over your head. She then wants a wealth tax on ALL assets over 50 million. How much do you think that raises? Hint: If Bloomberg has a net worth close to 60 billion he pays 1.2 billion per year. A typical billionaire would pay 20,000,000 million per year. Plus many tax loopholes will be closed.

Of course nothing gets done if the Senate does not change so this is mute but if she's the Dem nominated then she will sell it and the Senate will go Dem. She also wants to get rid of the filibuster.

Lastly and this is key - we are at a critical stage for humankind and teeny weeny approaches to changes don't cut it. Like Bernie says we need a revolution and Warren can sell her plans. They didn't even discuss the biggest change we need and that is on climate. You may want to arrange the chairs on the Titanic but I want big changes in society and our approach to our planet.
