You mean acquiring a company based in a PO Box, not even a UPS Store Box? They mentioned a "Form 10" or really a 10-12g, just to induce the purchase and sale of securities.

But have they thought about which exemption of the Internal Revenue Code they plan to use? The chose not to mention that in the PR because they have no clue what they are doing or talking about.
