Total: Ah, but, we put a contingency clause that says you got to get it through Sao Tome, or else you would have to pay us back and the consummated contract will have to be unwound.
ERHC: Crap, that means we have nothing to report until Sao Tome is done.
Total: Yup.
ERHC: Ok, we better get to work with Sao Tome ASAP and get this done quickly despite Africa time.
Total: Yup.
