They could....and should report their financials without any potential Total deal. Then update if an update comes available.

But I understand...they have no money to hire an accounting firm...right???

IMHO if Total did want to be involved Sao Tome would send an approval by overnight messenger. I doubt they would be thinking it over.

For fans of hypothetical conversations, here's one that may have actually taken place:

Member of small circle of investors: I know a stock that is going to go up 4 million percent in the near future.

Amazed potential investor: Wow, never heard of any stock going up that much. What's the symbol and how do you know this will happen?

Member of small circle of investors: It's erhe and I have connected all the dots. It's a new paradigm. Honest.

Amazed potential investor: Does the company confirm any of this?

Member of small circle of investors: No, the company hasn't communicated with shareholders in over a year and trades on the gray market because it stopped filing SEC reports. But I know it will go to $8 soon.

Amazed potential investor: So it sits at $.0002 I see. How many shares did you buy recently?

Member of small circle of investors: None, I have all the shares I need.

Amazed potential investor as he laughs uncontrollably and falls on the floor: So you know a stock is going from almost zero to $8 and you don't want any more shares? And no one in your small circle wants any more shares? And erhe insiders don't want any more shares? BULLSHIT! DOUBLE BULLSHIT!! lollollmaolol
