Need the new millions in revenue to sure up the balance sheet...if it was 1.8 million in revenue before and its better then expected, hope to see 2.5+ million in revenue they should not be an issue.
SEC regs is why the 8-K had to be released, they had no choice...but they had a choice on when to release the PR...then knew everything thats in that PR on Monday...and thats when it should have been put out... because they knew as well that the 8-K had to be filed within 4 days of the convertible debt being agreed upon...just stupid how they handled it.
