That's the key word right there, dilutive 8-K, if the numb nuts company did not put that out this stock possibly is much higher now, like well over two cents instead of dragging its butt across one cents line, but all in all the news sounds pretty good, maybe there will be more willing to hold for the long term to how things work out, such a shame how company's trash their share holders and company stock with low life toxic trash deals, this was in the dollar's just months ago, look at it now barely a freaking penny, you would think it would be considered a major bottom buy right now off of the news, but that big ugly black toxic cloud hangs over head and down pouring toxic rain, could be keeping investors away who don't want to get wet.
