Falling in love with a stinky pinky CEO is always a very poor investment strategy.

Sharp doesn't have the connections to obtain $15 million in financing - then invest $10 Million of borrowed money into a dead app.

The Starsona app was released on December 6, 2017 and there have only been 500 downloads.

But Sharp wants to invest $10 Million of borrowed money into the App - that is the action of a pumping pinky CEO - that lacks any business acumen.

Sharp has never operated a successful business.

What happened to the Sharp lawsuit against ihub?

I guess he knew he would be crushed in court.

I suggest you read some of the Sharp pro se filings - in most cases they weren't adjudicated - he filed against obvious scams and then they settled - it harmed shareholders but enriched Sharp - most settlements were for a paltry $25k to $50k and there wasn't that many.
