Except that "tale" has way way WAY more historical accuracy as far as OTC stocks go. No matter how good and legitimate anything may look, you just never truly know if you're looking at a stock that is in the 1% that are successful at this level.
That's exactly why the SEC came up with the rule I posted about making material events known, so that this scenario couldn't happen.
What if the new entity not only bought the shell and eliminated 148 million shares and have been buying everything they could on the open market from old shareholders
