What if the new entity not only bought the shell and eliminated 148 million shares and have been buying everything they could on the open market from old shareholders, that were stuck holders for years? Maybe that's why they are not concerned about the stop sign at this very moment until the rest of their master plan has unfolded. Just as plausible as your "tale". LOL.
