NASDAQ violations were a failure by nwbo management. No amount of deflection or finger pointing changes anything.

I disagree on your point that it changes nothing.

I agree that NWBO chose to work with Chardan, or whoever advised them incorrectly, and that they should have double checked with their own counsel as to whatever these jerks were telling them. You should never trust what a jerk is telling you.

Sometimes people aren't the best at reading who are jerks and who are not. And then you learn, hopefully at not too great a cost.

You know, it's the old adage... you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.

But I'm harping on this issue to give try and give color to what happened. At least, my color.
