Can you provide the link that states that no numbers can be put in a press release when applying for Nasdaq?  I’m not saying it’s not true, but I just can’t find it.  What if nasdaq decides to evaluate an application for 3 years?  Essentially, that makes any company applying a hostage.  I hope PRED doesn’t decide to acquire anything and slip up and put what they paid for that something in the PR.  We’d go back to start without collecting.

If PRED were "not quite ready for NASDAQ yet" why did they apply ?????????????????

We cant get the Nasdaq to approve us is the problem and we do not have enough buyers right now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully after tomorrow, PRED will have convinced enough "Dr.'s" with deep pockets to take an interest in investing in PRED and drive the share price up,
