That’s exactly right, but PRED is not quite ready for NASDAQ yet, which is why we are not hearing anything.

In fact, PRED does not want their stock price to go higher right now, effectively putting more ‘meat on the bone’ for shorts to attack. Not while we are still a penny stock. It is far too easy for shorts to just push the price right back down, while we do not have the protection of institutional investors.

Lacking institutional investors, who cannot purchase our penny stock, makes all the difference.

When it is time for NASDAQ , we will hear plenty, and enough news will come out, our stock price will pop, allowing us to uplist.

And then the institutional investors come in.

And then, it is game, set, and match.
