The lawyer helped resolve Asher issues - Now Asher is gone for good
It's blue sky for DBMM

That was huge side show that caused DBMM suspension due to lawsuits and fights. DBMM wanted to drive Asher away and missed on filings in the process. All gone now !!. They settled with Asher last year. DBMM is so determined to get things going and that's why we are still here. 2 1/2 years, not many penny stocks can sustain unless they have money and support of funding. The 3 million dollar funding changed everything for DBMM

That was the biggest news for me..beyond the world of filing, since it was one of the reason DBMM suspension happened because DBMM was fighting with Asher
