Actually all noteholders will convert for a loss crushing the PPS on the way down because getting anything is better than 0 which will happen if the note holders dont convert when a bankruptcy is announced. Note holders will certainly will not refinance their notes in this falling market because ACB would need to raise the share count by billions more shares to have enough reserve needed to convince the note holders to refinance.
