I agree...The 2013 SPA renege was a bitter pill...But IMO FDA did the right thing (if you can live with the fact they breached the contract)...We have no reason to think FDA will not follow the rules...Since Amarin has provided them with amazing proof that adding EPA does lower CVD event risk...

I would like to see them (FDA) resurrect JELIS from the junk pile Breatriz Rodriguez left it in with her slip shod review of JELIS...Maybe then we could resume normal relations with Japan...

JELIS was a pretty good trial..Too bad the AHA could not get by the fact it was not double blinded..There are still some honest people in Japan, In medicine...
