Seems like the consensus is that tomorrow's phone conference is going to be about the upcoming Oral Argument on the 29th

It is widely believed that the judge is going to be explaining what and how she expects the two parties to conduct the call

As soon as I see a filing related to tomorrow's call, I will post it here
