Its definitely tougher now than it was up until around 2012.
The top 2 0r 3 OTC stocks for the day by volume, would easily have 1 or 2 billion for the day each. It was normal to see big volume like that.
More recently, the top 2 or 3 stock see 200M-300M each.
That's a small fraction of how it used to be.
There isn't enough volume generally to move some of these bloated stocks.
With RNVA, I don't see where they have updated their S/S and with an A/S of 10B, with a .0001 PPS, I would say they have been diluted heavily, or at least intend to if the opportunity comes up.
Could try the transfer agent and see if they will share what the O/S is.
If its only 3 or 4B, it would be worth a shot.
