I wondered where she was from also.

The car is a typical U.S. SUV or minivan.

And near the end of the video, some clearly says in standard U.S. English (Not U.K. or Aus.):

I am from U.S. and recognize many English accents...I would bet money the voice was U.S. English. I detected no U.S. southern accent, or U.S. East coast accent.

Penny stated that someone commented asking if she was in the A2-73 trial, and the ORG replied with a thumbs up. Unfortunately, all of the comments have a thumbs up from the ORG. So I dont think we can rely on the thumbs up.

She certainly fits many of the Anavex trial requirements, including >18yrs of age (22).

I checked the Neuron trials and they are for girls <15yrs old. So I think that rules her out of the Neuron trials (you might double check that).
So I think the only question then is...was she in Anavex's trial?

Here is all 5 US current Interventional Rett trials in age 18+ patients.

Reading the descriptions and trial start dates, Anavex is the most like of those trials if indeed the video is relating results of a trial.
