No. Trey indicated earlier on that NGL would issue a filing prior to taking such action. However, I'm not holding him to that pledge as there will be times things change. Personally, if I were on the company management team, I sure would NOT divulge my intention as it would certainly make the unit price rise on the disclosure.

NGL Energy Share Repurchase

On August 7, 2019 Dennis Coleman of Bank of America asked NGL Energy CEO Mike Krimbill about buying back units.

Mike Krimbill said: "Well, it's much more attractive today [NGL closed at $13.81 that day] than it was Friday [when trading above $15] . So we -- that's something that we are looking at seriously. When you start trading up here, 11%, 12% [talking about NGL's yield], it's cuckoo after what everything we've done over the last 18 to 24 months and continue doing. So it's certainly something we're going to seriously consider."


I would think NGL is seriously considering buying back units now that we are at $12. I would think they were already in the market yesterday.

I am sure Mike Krimbill has some missiles to launch at any short sellers. I can't wait.
